REGISTRATION POLICY AGREEMENTS

• Only Registration made in writing shall be deemed as official. Reservations made via phone or email needs to be supported by an official registration form
• Confirmation is subject to a reasonable number of participants. We aim to confirm as early as possible and not later than 1 week before the training.
• Acknowledgement to a training registration is not considered official until duly supported by a confirmation letter and contract amount to be invoiced is issued accordingly for payment preparations.
• Special Arrangements or Discounts may be given for group registration / early bird registration / advance payments. All discounting applied are to be supported by an invoice to validate the claim for discount.
• Any tax amount withheld shall be supported by certifications of tax withheld (CWT ) and are to be submitted to be formally recognized and applied
• All confirmed registrations are considered binding , modifications may be allowed supported by a formal registration amendment request subject to evaluation and approval.
• Cancelations are subject to penalties if done less than 5 days before the training. Last minute or next day cancelation will be charged the full training fee plus 12% VAT.
• Companies located in export processing zones are VAT-exempt , to be supported by a copy of the VAT exemption certificate
